About This Site
Neuropathy Foot Care Hub is written by someone who has lived with neuropathy in both feet for years. We test the everyday things that make numb, tingling or sensitive feet easier to live with: non-binding diabetic socks, wide adjustable slippers, shiatsu foot massagers, dry-skin foot creams and supportive insoles. Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing we review treats or cures neuropathy. We write about comfort, protection and the daily routine.

Foot Safety
Neuropathy changes what your feet can tell you. A blister, a cut or a burn can happen without any pain at all, so check both feet every day, including between the toes and the soles, using a mirror if you need one. Call your doctor or podiatrist about any sore, redness, swelling, color change or wound that is slow to heal.
Heat is the biggest hidden risk. Never use a heating setting, heating pad or hot foot soak on feet that have lost feeling unless your doctor has cleared it, and always test water temperature with your hand or elbow first. Massagers should be used on low intensity for short sessions, and should not be used over open wounds, swelling or areas a doctor has told you to avoid.
Shoes, slippers, insoles and socks should never pinch, rub or leave marks. Check inside footwear for seams or objects before putting it on, and break new footwear in slowly while checking your feet afterwards. Keep foot cream off the skin between your toes, where extra moisture can cause problems. The products we review are comfort and protection aids, not treatments, and nothing on this site replaces care from your own medical team.
